TRASFORMATION INDUSTRIAL WAREHOUSE TO PRODUCTION BUILDING:

The project involves a feasibility study for the transformation of an industrial building built in the 50s and is currently incorporated in the residential environment of the city. The consistency is equal to 425 square meters on the ground floor and 90 square meters at basement level.

Examination of all planning constraints and requirements made, verification of the needs expressed by the client and the existing structure led to the drafting of an initial hypotheses: To propose an internal office space, keeping the ground floor use as existing and maintaining the employee parking lot and service buildings. Hypothesis 2: Complete the underpinning of the factory, transfer the electrical cabin from the basement to the second floor basement ,create first floor basement parking for employees, placed on the ground floor has its own auditorium but an agreement with the municipality ( with a capacity of less than 100 units) , achieving a first floor for office use . the hypotheses were drawn up with the help of the BIM system that allowed immediate visualization of the space in the project.
