Two floor building plus basement and mezzanine levels comprising a total of 13 apartments and 12 garages. The project is a renovation of an existing property and is situated in the town center. Building plans were produced as well as the planning application. The use of BIM for the preparation of detailed design drawings made it possible to reduce the time required for completion of the bill of the contract works and the analysis of interference between structures and systems. As well as the preparation of the elaborate three-dimensional graphics to attach to the administrative practice and to use for real estate advertising.
